Client Terms
To us, every contract is special. Each is planned to provide the most cost-effective and efficient solution and is tailored specifically to the client's needs. Each account is personally serviced by a dedicated Account manager.
With our Client First policy, we are very responsive to your needs. All our contracts, except the very smallest, will have an experienced on-site supervisor who reports back to your Account Manager. In addition, your Account Manager will also visit your site on a regular basis as an ongoing part of our commitment to the highest standards.
They will regularly review the services being provided and discuss them with you on an ongoing basis to ensure performance standards are consistently being met. Day to day monitoring is maintained via our proven Comments Book system.
